These Terms of Service govern your use of the SoloVera website, online store, forms, product information, room-plan requests, demo requests, subscriptions, purchases, and related services offered through getsovacare.com.

By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

About SoloVera

SoloVera provides privacy-first living intelligence tools, room-kit planning, product information, demo requests, setup conversations, and related services for families, care teams, and partners.

The website may also support future purchases, preorders, subscriptions, deposits, or other transactions through Shopify.

Separate Agreements

These Terms apply to the SoloVera Shopify website and store. Separate written agreements, product terms, pilot agreements, service agreements, or platform policies may apply to logged-in dashboards, sensor integrations, installed devices, senior living deployments, care-provider relationships, resident/client records, or other SoloVera services.

If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls for the services covered by it.

No Emergency or Medical Service

SoloVera is not an emergency response service.

SoloVera is not a substitute for direct care, supervision, emergency services, medical care, clinical judgment, or calling 911 or other emergency responders.

Website content, demo content, room-plan recommendations, product descriptions, alerts, dashboards, and marketing materials are provided for informational purposes and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed health outcomes.

Product performance may depend on installation, connectivity, device placement, sensor availability, account settings, service availability, and other factors outside SoloVera’s control.

Website Content

We try to keep website content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, error-free, or available at all times.

We may update, remove, or change website content, product descriptions, prices, subscription details, availability, or features at any time.

Demo Data and Examples

Screenshots, dashboards, sample alerts, room-plan examples, product examples, and marketing examples may use staged or illustrative data.

They are intended to explain how SoloVera may work and do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, alerts, or recommendations.

Accounts and Information You Submit

If you submit a form, request a demo, request a room plan, create an account, place an order, start a subscription, or contact us, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for keeping any account login information secure if account features are enabled.

Purchases, Pricing, and Availability

If purchases, preorders, deposits, subscriptions, or checkout features are active, all prices, product availability, taxes, shipping charges, and subscription details are subject to change unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where permitted by law, including if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not practical.

Payments

If checkout is active, payments are processed through Shopify or third-party payment providers. SoloVera does not directly store full payment card numbers.

Subscriptions

If you purchase or activate a SoloVera subscription, the subscription may renew automatically according to the subscription terms shown at checkout or in a separate agreement.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included services, cancellation rules, and renewal terms may vary by plan. You are responsible for reviewing subscription details before purchase or activation.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

If physical products, device kits, deposits, subscriptions, or services are sold through the website, shipping, return, refund, cancellation, and subscription terms may be provided at checkout, in separate policies, or in a separate written agreement.

Where separate policies are published, those policies apply in addition to these Terms.
